I am running a 64-bit OS. The Instructions for a 32-bit OS are the same.This program was installed without “Microsoft Office” already installed.

Download files and extract
Burn the extracted file to ISO.
You can use Power ISO or Magic ISO to burn.

1)
Insert the “Microsoft Premium Visio 2010″ disk
and allow autoplay.Run “setup.exe”, and “Install”
2)
Once install is complete close the program.
3)
Open Microsoft Visio, hit file/help
4)
If “Microsoft Premium Visio 2010″ does not show active, use the new
Toolkt v.2.0.1, included on the ISO. Exe the Toolokit.
Click on “EZ-Activator”
5)
In the Main Tab, click on “Avtivation”, then on “Check”
6)
Close the Toolkit and you are good to go.
